These terms govern your use of members.alenaharmony.com(the “Site”), operated by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME(“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Adults only
The Site contains adult material and is restricted to persons who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By accessing the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may require verification of age at any time and may refuse or revoke access without refund where verification fails.
2. Your account and access
Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access credentials or any access link. Access links are single-use and time-limited. We may terminate access for credential sharing without refund.
3. Content and licence
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, revocable licence to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, download, screen-capture, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly display any content. Content is watermarked; unauthorized distribution is traceable and will be pursued.
4. Payment
Purchases are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Billing terms, descriptors, and refund eligibility are set out in our Refunds & Billing Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or download content;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse any person;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false payment information or initiate fraudulent disputes.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_JURISDICTION, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
